Just contact us at webmaster@inmatesworld.com. We value our members suggestions and opinions, and we will definitely take them into consideration as we strive to provide the best service possible.
- How much does Inmates World.com cost?
The first month is free but because InmatesWorld is providing a service other than just being a website, there is a $25 monthly fee included in the membership. Its a small price to pay for their needs and there are payment options available for everyone.

We offer the same news letter that the inmate will recieve in their monthly membership package to the public for free when they sign up for it on our homepage. Our home page also offers up to date news about whats going on in the prison system and this is veiwable with out a membership as well. Visit our about us page for details on our great services!

To create an account simply click the join link on the menu and enter the necessary information.

Yes. There is also a V.I.P. Account that is even more helpful to the inmate and their families or loved ones. The V.I.P. Account is primarily for members, who for whatever reason, dont have the time in their schedules to assist the inmate with their monthly needs but would like to pay a small deposit to InmatesWorld for us to take care of everything for them. The time consuming tasks of purchasing and sending an inmate their release clothes and ordering them thier quarterly packages are among the extra services an InmatesWorld V.I.P. Account offers. See our about us page for more details.

If you want to permit other users of InmatesWorld to view your inmates profile, then simply click the "Your Network" tab and create a "Group," then add any user that you'd like to that group and then they will be able to see your inmates profile.
Access privileges
- What are my access privileges?
Your access privileges are the settings on your inmates profile that enable you to decide which elements of the inmates profile will be private, public, or logged in users only. (It is suggested that you leave certain settings public or for logged in users only so that the inmate will be exposed more to the world that they are missing).
- How do I change access privileges on an element in my profile?
To change access privileges on your inmates profile, go to the profile and edit it. On the edit page you can change the access restrictions to private, public or logged in users only.
